InnovaDerma™ has successfully negotiated and executed a capital raising agreement with one of the fastest growing investment firms in London, United Kingdom; IPO Capital Partners Ltd (IPO Capital Partners) to raise $1 million to assist the company in funding its growth and its European listing.
The agreement signed in London between IPO Capital Partners founder and Managing Director Clifford Giles and InnovaDerma™ founder and Executive Chairman Haris Chaudhry has been welcomed by both individuals as an excellent outcome for shareholders in both firms focused on seeing significant return on capital for IPO Capital Partners and in providing much needed liquidity for the growth plans for InnovaDerma™.
